Review: The third of Trader Joe’s Asian Noodle Boxes bears a slightly thicker noodle, though not as thick as you would expect in a typical Pad Thai dish. The best way to describe this box of microwaveable noodles would be to say that it is Pad Thai Lite. Though lacking the vegetables (thank god… microwaveable dehydrated vegetables are the work of evil) and proper texture, the flavor of the brown sauce is as close to your local carry out as you will find from a supermarket shelf.
Like the others, this noodle box is filling and affordable as well as being quite addicting.
