Review: This one will be short. I’ve been to many barbecues and eaten many burgers in my short Midwestern life. I’ve had hamburgers, cheeseburgers, and butterburgers, yet the best ground beef is always the freshest. I don’t know if I can place this ground beef in the number one slot, but I am sure the burgers I made from it are in the top five. From hunk of bovine flesh to grinder to grill, it may be psychological, but this beef came out juicier and more flavorful (without any spices or even salt or pepper) than most of the ground beef I have had from any store… And for only about a dollar more.
Seems worth it to me.
