11 Best Bathroom Renovation Companies in London: Reviews, Products & Services Compared
A high review score is useful when choosing a bathroom company, but I wouldn't rank businesses on stars alone. A company with hundreds of product reviews is not necessarily better at managing a complete renovation than one with fewer reviews but a stronger design-and-build service.
For this list I've looked at the combination of customer feedback, review volume, bathroom specialism and what each company actually provides.

Beams comes first for me because it combines strong customer-review evidence with a service built around the entire renovation rather than simply selling bathroom products.
At the time I checked, Beams had 112 Trustpilot reviews and a 4.5/5 TrustScore. Trustpilot categorises it specifically as a bathroom renovator alongside its kitchen and wider home renovation services.
I find the service itself more interesting than the headline score.
Beams can take a bathroom through planning, interior design and construction. Its portfolio includes bespoke bathrooms, and Houzz currently shows completed London bathroom projects alongside its wider design-and-build profile.

The published typical project range on its Houzz profile is £15,000 to £50,000, which tells you something about who the service is aimed at. This isn't really a proposition for somebody wanting a £3,000 landlord bathroom refresh.
If I wanted to redesign a bathroom properly, particularly if plumbing, lighting, layout or other parts of the property were changing, Beams would be my first call.
2. West One Bathrooms – Best for Luxury Bathroom Products and Design
West One has one of the largest review footprints of the companies I looked at. Trustpilot currently shows around 274 reviews, with recent customers frequently praising individual designers, product advice and showroom service.
Its history also stretches back to 1978, and the core proposition is premium bespoke bathroom design and supply.
I'd put West One very high on the shortlist where the products, finishes and specialist bathroom design are the priority.
3. The London Bath Co. – Best Fully Managed Specialist
The London Bath Co. is closer to a conventional end-to-end bathroom company. Its service covers bathroom design, product supply and fully managed installation across London.
Its Trustpilot footprint is much smaller than Beams or West One, with around a dozen reviews and a score around 4/5 when checked.
I wouldn't read too much into a small sample either positively or negatively. The strength here is the simplicity of having a dedicated bathroom company dealing with the whole job.
4. Hugo Oliver – Best for Bespoke Luxury Bathrooms
Hugo Oliver offers design, supply, installation and aftercare, with 3D CAD design as part of the process. The company says it has more than 12 years of London bathroom experience and won a Best of Houzz Service award for 2026.
Its Trustpilot sample is tiny by comparison — five reviews when checked — so I would put more weight on portfolio quality and direct references than the headline rating alone.
For a bespoke, premium bathroom, however, it's a serious option.
5. Kallums Bathrooms – Best Premium Design and Installation Option
Kallums positions itself as a premium London bathroom retailer offering both design and installation.
I'd look at Kallums if I wanted the showroom and product-selection experience of a specialist bathroom retailer but also wanted help taking the room into installation.
6. Red Box – Best When Building Work Is Involved
Red Box is broader than a bathroom showroom. It provides London bathroom renovation from smaller work through to full-scale refurbishment and sits within a wider residential renovation business.
That makes it more interesting where the bathroom involves adjoining building work or forms part of a larger property project.
7. Bathrooms London Ltd – Best Traditional Complete Refurbishment
Bathrooms London Ltd offers complete bathroom renovation alongside wet rooms and cloakrooms.
It's the sort of company I'd compare when I wanted a conventional bathroom specialist to take responsibility for the complete room rather than using a designer and fitter separately.
8. London Bathroom Company – Best for Custom Bathroom Renovation
London Bathroom Company specifically promotes custom bathroom renovations in and around London and combines bathroom design with delivery of the finished project.
I'd include it in the quotation stage for a standalone bathroom project, particularly where the room is being redesigned rather than simply refitted.
9. London Bathroom Design Company – Best for Design-Led Projects
London Bathroom Design Company says it has more than 12 years' experience across luxury bathroom design, supply and installation.
As the name suggests, I'd consider it where getting the room layout and overall design right was more important than simply finding a fitter.
10. Design Angels – Best for Design, Supply and Installation
Design Angels advertises a complete bathroom renovation service covering design, supply and installation in London.
Its Trustpilot score was around 3.9 when checked, so I'd read the individual feedback and speak to recent customers rather than making a decision on the average alone.
11. Letta London – Best for Showroom and Product Selection
Letta London is particularly useful for homeowners who want to physically select bathroom products, tiles and related finishes. Its North London showroom has a Trustpilot score around 4.2 from 20 reviews.
I see it primarily as a strong product and showroom option rather than my first choice for a complicated whole-room construction project.
What the Review Data Actually Tells Me
Review volume needs context.
West One has considerably more Trustpilot reviews than most specialist firms here, while Beams also has a meaningful sample of more than 100. Hugo Oliver's Trustpilot score is based on only five reviews, while The London Bath Co. has roughly a dozen.
I would therefore never rank the companies by star score alone.
For me, Beams comes out top because there is enough independent review evidence to assess it while the actual product is unusually complete: design, planning and construction sit together rather than stopping at product supply.
