From the Super Mail department:
Japan will be issuing Super Mario Brothers postage stamps at the end of May. They are taking pre-orders for a 10-stamp sheet of 80 Yen stamps that come in a special case.
For American collectors, the best bet would be to contact the Herrick Stamp Co. with questions as they are the Japanese Post’s authorized new issue dealer in the U.S.
