Review: I had the lemons. I had the potato masher to mash the lemons. I even had a bowl at home to put the mashed lemonade in, but my roommate is the one who puts a punch bowl in the fridge with some generic kool-ade-like drink and a ladle. He says it’s how all the Mexican families do it. Neither he or I are Mexican and I don’t like dropping leftovers into my lemonade, so I decided to buy a pitcher.

There was no label on this pitcher. I didn’t even know it was Rubbermaid until I looked at the bottom of it. I just needed a vessel and this was all Dominick’s had. What’s that saying? “Really frickin’ hot weather and an intense thirst for lemonade is the mother of invention…” Something like that.

Upon further inspection, I also found that this pitcher holds 2 1/4 quarts of liquid. Enough for what I was making. The plastic top has two separate pouring spouts (one made up of a large hole and one made up of wavy lines) which both do the same damn thing unless you have ice in the pitcher, but even then, you’re splitting beverage hairs.

I don’t know what else to say about this pitcher. “I’d rather it was glass?” “Gosh, the blue color sure compliments my refrigerator’s interior?”

It holds liquid. Nothing special.
