Review: An organic waste of money when I could have bought free range brown eggs that tasted better for less at Trader Joe’s. I didn’t have time to go to Trader Joe’s, however, so I followed the old adage that says time is money and bought these. The time I bought was used sweating in the heat of my kitchen cooking things I never tried cooking before. Yeah, I may not have gone out clubbing, but I enjoyed myself more than the average frat boy with a hangover. Judge me if you will. I’ll simply be judging these eggs.

And my judgement: meh.

They taste like any other egg… white or brown. Nothing to write home about. No added fluffiness or stark tastes that other fresher eggs sometimes have. Too bad these were the only brown eggs (it’s a habit I have… probably something psychological related to marketing) that Dominick’s had on their shelf. Not bad. Not great. Just eggs. My psychology is set at ease by the promise of no antibiotics or animal byproducts, though.
