From the Veggin’ Out department:

A new study shows that preschoolers think carrots taste better when they come out of a McDonald’s bag. The strength of the effect was found to have some correlation to how many televisions the preschoolers have in their houses.

To paraphrase one of my favorite authors, they don’t call it programming for nothing. It makes me wonder how many adults would think Folgers tastes better coming out of a Starbucks cup. Would I think Starbucks coffee tastes better coming out of a Folgers bag? I doubt it, but it makes me wonder.
